with a CRM & E-commerce Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity
for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on
experience in customer relationship management and e-commerce
operations.
The Position
As a CRM & E-commerce Specialist , you will play a supporting role
in our E-commerce team, helping to manage customer relationships and
assist in online sales efforts. You will gain valuable experience working
with CRM tools, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms while
supporting the team in various online activities.

The Position
As a CRM & E-commerce Specialist , you will play a supporting role
in our E-commerce team, helping to manage customer relationships and

with CRM tools, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms while
supporting the team in various online activities.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist in setting up and scheduling email campaigns, newsletters,
and automated flows. - Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy
and segmentation. - Support the daily management of Aarke's e-commerce platform,
including product updates, SEO optimization, and promotional
campaigns. - Monitor website performance and assist in improving the customer
journey and overall shopping experience. - Support in the collaboration with the commercial team to align
CRM and e-commerce activities with broader marketing
campaigns. - Assist in reporting on campaign and sales performance by
analyzing key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-
through rates) and e-commerce sales trends on aarke.com. - Continuously analyse and identify improvement opportunities
through testing and iteration, applying new methodologies and processes while maintaining a curious mindset and eagerness to
learn.
Who are you?
You are an eager and detail-oriented individual who wants to kickstart your career in e-commerce and digital marketing. You enjoy working with data, learning new tools, and supporting team efforts to improve customer engagement and drive sales.
Your qualifications include:
- A degree or relevant coursework in e-commerce, marketing,
business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience (internship or entry-level role) in CRM or e-commerce
is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp)
and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a
bonus but not required. - Basic understanding of email marketing, digital campaigns, and
customer engagement strategies. - Possess strong organizational skills, the ability to analyse extensive
data sets, and an eagerness to learn. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
