We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team asCrisis Manager.The role is critical to support the Head of Group Risk Management and Head of Health and Safety in executing and managing key reactive risk management processes for the global crisis management framework/incident response. As Crisis Manager you are part of developing the crisis management program with simulations, trainings and lessons learned. Developing the business continuity framework for the organization and orchestrating different Business Continuity Management (BCM) functional organizations are part of the role and you will manage the travel risk management policy, process and tools.
Should you be interested in overseeing thesetasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Supporting the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in reactive risk management eg. Incidents and crisis. Additionally, manage the travel risk management process and tool.
- Orchestrate developing and implementing overarching BCM processes like Business Impact Analysis (BIA), process mapping and documenting business continuity plans
- Support compliance work with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture
- Support the Operational resilience agenda for Enterprise Risk Management by enhancing the BCM and Crisis management framework for the group
and if you have/are:
- Strong understanding in Business continuity, crisis management and other operational resilience areas
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in BCM tools and hands on incident/crisis management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of global frameworks eg. ISO, TISAX for Business continuity and resilience requirements
