As part of our Nordic Market Access leadership team, you'll have a direct impact on making innovative oncology therapies available for patients in Norway. You'll work in an international environment, partner with key decision makers and help strengthen our position in the oncology space.
What you will do
In this role, you will:
Drive Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy
- Lead reimbursement processes and pricing negotiations with Norwegian health authorities
- Develop innovative pricing models, tender strategies, and value communication
- Collaborate with HEOR team to build evidence supporting patient access
Shape National & Regional Access
- Navigate the Nye metoder process and engage with regional health authorities
- Develop pre-launch access and account strategies in collaboration with the Norwegian country team
- Develop and communicate compelling value evidence to local and regional stakeholders
Build Strong External Partnerships
- Effectively engage and cultivate trusted relationships with authorities, healthcare organizations, and other market access stakeholders
- Represent Daiichi Sankyo in relevant Norwegian industry forums, including LMI
Influence the Future Access Landscape
- Monitor national healthcare and market access developments and provide strategic insights internally
- Track and interpret trends critical to pricing, reimbursement, and competitor strategies
Lead & Contribute to the Nordic Access Organization
- Provide strategic input to budgets and operational planning
- Contribute to strengthen the Market Access function across the Nordics
What you bring
- University degree in science, health economics, business, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, including 5+ years specifically in market access, and including hands on market access work in Norway. Previous experience within oncology
- Strong knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare and reimbursement environment
- Proven success driving reimbursement processes and negotiating with budget holders in Norway
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
