Your Mission
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a talented team of 1 Product Manager and 3 Key Account Managers.
- Drive Growth: Own the Norwegian P&L and deliver on ambitious targets.
- Stay Connected: Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders AND customers-because leadership starts with listening.
- Shape Strategy: Implement global strategies locally, ensuring compliance and impact.
- Innovate: Spot new opportunities for partnerships and market expansion.
- Travel with Purpose: Expect regular travel within Norway and across the Nordic region to meet customers, attend key events, and collaborate with peers.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- Proven leadership experience in pharma (ophthalmology is a plus).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- A curious, ambitious leader who thrives on combining strategy with hands-on customer engagement.
- Comfortable with travel as part of your role.
- Lives in the Oslo area, Norway
