Cost Control är en avdelning inom Operations som ansvarar för att betala leverantörsfakturor samt hantera kund- och leverantörsärenden kopplade till detta. Avdelningen består av 10 medarbetare och söker nu en till Agent på ett visstidskontrakt på ca ett halvår. Se nedan mer ingående information om tjänsten!

Arbetsuppgifter

• Hantera inkommande fakturor via papper, mejl och fakturasystem.

• Ansvara för att ta emot, behandla, åtgärda och i vissa fall följa upp inkommande fakturaflöde.

• Säkerställa att rutiner följs enligt Cost Control gällande processer.

• Vid behov medverka i interna utredningar och projekt.

• Hålla sig uppdaterad på regelverk gällande fakturor.

• Hålla sig uppdaterad avseende våra avtalsparter & hur vi arbetar tillsammans inom Ayvens.

• Utföra kostnadskontroll, säkerställa besparingsmöjligheter genom att se till att leverantörerna följer det avtalade priserna samt säkerhetsställa att det finns rekvisitionsnummer på det kostnader som EJ är avtalade.

Egenskaper

• Förståelse för fakturaprocessen i Sverige.

• Grundläggande legal kunskap om regelverk gällande fakturaprocesser i Sverige.

• Hög kommunikativ förmåga; kunna kommunicera förtroendefullt, pedagogiskt och tydligt med både förare, kunder och leverantörer.
• Proaktivitet och flexibilitet & Lagspelare.
• Har lätt för att samarbeta med olika avdelningar.
• Lösningsorienterad.

Kvalifikationer

• Minst gymnasieutbildning eller annan relevant erfarenhet och kunskaper.

• Genuint intresse för ekonomi och processer kring det samma.

• Grundläggande legal kunskap om regelverk gällande fakturaprocesser i Sverige.

• Tidigare erfarenhet som administratör inom ekonomi.

Rollen kommer att rapportera till Cost Control Manager.

Start i början av 2026.
Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning på ca 6 månader.

Arbetstid är heltid, 38,75h/veckan.
