What you will do:Are you ready to elevate your career in finance? Builtech Sverige AB is looking for a

skilled and motivated Business Controller to join our Central Finance (CE) team. As part

of CE, you will share responsibility for the financial reporting and support functions of

Builtech Sverige AB across the entire group.

In this role, you'll act as the CFO's right-hand person in all matters related to the group's

finances. Your primary focus will be on project accounting and controlling, but your

expertise will also extend to forecasting, budgeting, and providing strategic operational

support. Additionally, you'll take the lead on internal training initiatives, contribute to

process improvement projects, and support the business with detailed financial

insights.

Working closely with the CFO and Group Controller, you'll produce comprehensive

reports using tools like Qlik Sense and Boardeaser, covering monthly, quarterly, and

yearly results. Your work will be essential to driving the group's financial stability and

growth.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics.

• At least five years of experience in financial roles with similar responsibilities.

• Strong IT proficiency and a natural aptitude for leveraging technology in financial reporting.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• A proactive and development-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in English.

• Industry experience within installation or construction (meritorious).

• A B driver's license.
