Role and responsibilities
We are now looking for a Content Creator to join the Product Management & Development team. The responsibilities of the Content Creator include creating original content for e-learning courses, which include copywriting, graphics, and technical work. To be successful as a Content Creator, you are a great communicator and listener, well-structured and organised, creative and imaginative, a contributing team member, able to write and edit online content for e-learning courses, marketing, and front-end web development. Ultimately, a top-notch Content Creator has a strong working knowledge of content development and management software, a basic understanding of HTML, and an eye for detail.
- Plan, develop and deliver rich and engaging e-learning content
- Create and innovate interactive and visual content (text, audio, and video) for e-learning courses
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with subject matter experts, product managers, UX designers, technical writers and learning and development experts
- Evaluate, maintain and update engaging e-learning experiences and course content
- Translate the users' needs into engaging and creative learning solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Communication, Media, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing e-learning content by using Articulate 360, 2-year
- Proven experience in using a camera for green screen recordings and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
- Graphical skills
- Experience with packaging courses to our LMS (Familiarity with configuring, importing, and exporting SCORM and Tin Can xAPI packages)
- Knowledge in developing content in an Agile way
- Proven ability to manage multiple eLearning content development projects at the same time
- Experience with SuccessFactors or any other LMS
- Background in Engineering is preferable but not essential
- Fluent in English
Considered as merits;
- Experience of utilizing 3D design and modeling tools
- Knowledge and working experience JavaScript, CSS, HTML experience
You will be a part of the DeLaval Product Management & Development Team (PMD) and report directly to the VP Milk Quality Solutions located in the UK. The position is as a consultant for a period of one year to start and located at the DeLaval HQ in Tumba, Stockholm.
