Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, within a consulting role or directly for an organization in the nuclear sector.
• Proven expertise in managing client relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects in an international context.
• Passion for the nuclear energy industry and a drive to innovate and deliver impactful solutions.

Core Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to engage with executive management teams.
• High ethical standards and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution in dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Swedish proficiency is a plus).
