In this role, you will become an integral part of our Climate Adaptation team, collaborating with a versatile, multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and sustainability experts. You will contribute to delivering advanced stormwater and cloudburst planning projects that address growing urbanization, changing weather patterns, and evolving environmental demands. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Sweden, but you will be a part of a global organization including Denmark, Poland and Norway:
Your responsibilities will include some of the following:
- Managing the development of stormwater and cloudburst planning projects from concept to completion, with a significant emphasis on climate adaptation and sustainability
- Suggesting and optimizing stormwater and cloudburst management solutions to meet the needs of urban areas and industrial zones
- Perform hand calculations regarding flows, do pollution modelling/stormwater quality (StormTac), work with Scalgo Live and do modelling in Mike+
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Acting as an advisor in negotiations and collaborations with municipal authorities and utilities across Denmark, ensuring alignment with legal, technical, and environmental standards

On top of that, you will have:
- BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
- 2 year of working experience with stormwater and flooding
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and fluency in the Swedish and English language, both written and verbal
