We are currently hiring Construction Labourers for active civil and industrial sites in Sweden and Europe.

Successful candidates must be ready to start on-site immediately and support construction teams with daily activities in a safe and organized manner.

Main Responsibilities

Assist with general construction tasks including concrete works, formwork preparation, material handling, and site cleanup

Support trades teams with lifting, assembly, and installation work

Operate basic hand tools and follow safety instructions

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Report to the Foreman or Site Agent on daily tasks and progress

Requirements

Previous experience on construction or industrial sites preferred

Understanding of basic safety practices and willingness to follow site rules

Physical ability to perform manual labor under outdoor conditions

Reliable, punctual, and cooperative attitude within team environments

English communication skills (basic level required)

EU work eligibility preferred - Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
