Assignment Description

We are seeking a driven and structured Compliance Officer

What You Will Work On

Supporting business development and transformation initiatives related to risk and compliance

Updating manuals and ensuring documentation reflects current processes and regulatory requirements

Producing communication materials and compliance-related information for suppliers

Interpreting laws, regulations, and compliance texts and translating them into clear, practical guidance for the business

Contributing to structured ways of working within risk, compliance, and governance

What You Bring

Solid experience and strong knowledge within risk management and regulatory compliance

Experience working with business development projects and organizational improvement initiatives

Proven background in project management and change management

Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into clear, practical business actions

Strong documentation and communication skills

Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style

Ability to collaborate across functions and support stakeholders in compliance-related topics

Swedish citizenship since birth (mandatory requirement due to defense industry regulations; dual citizenship is not accepted)
