We're looking for a customer-facing Compliance Sales Specialist to win new business and expand our compliance portfolio across Sweden and potentially Nordic. You will own a personal pipeline and run complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders (KYC/AML/Financial crime/Compliance/3rd party risk Managers), while also enabling other sales team members with domain expertise, playbooks, and joint engagements.
In the role of Sales Specialist, your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and driving new sales. You are also responsible for building business relationships with the customers and building your own customer portfolio, which is a mix of small and medium-sized customers or growth customers. You have UC's Compliance offering to work with: Digital services based on company and personal information to solve business needs within the field of KYC/AML/Financial crime. Your customers are primarily decision-makers in finance, auditors, accountants, lawyers, HVGD, company-service providers, gambling & betting. You work from a consultative perspective, where you present solutions based on the customer's specific needs based on UC's Compliance offering.
The role includes to:
• Own new business growth: build territory plans, generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close against quarterly/annual targets.
• Run full cycles end-to-end: discovery, solution design, tailored demos, RFI/RFP responses, and proof-of-concepts.
• Engage executives and present best-practice AML/KYC/sanctions use cases as well as contribute at industry events and forums.
• Enable sales colleagues by deliver training, playbooks and joint customer meetings to accelerate compliance wins across segments.
• Partner with Product/Marketing and refine GTM value propositions; channel market feedback to roadmap and pricing.
Who are you?
We believe that you are a customer-centric, results-focused, driven, curious and committed team player. You are goal-oriented and like to create new business. You likely enjoy working based on a structured and independent working method with a strong solution focus. Further, we believe that you have worked with B2B /data for AML/KYC/Financial crime/Sanction screening/EDD/beneficial ownership and/or adjacent compliance/regtech solutions, either with B2B sales or in a product-related role.
If you also have experience in the following, it is an advantage:
• Built up your own customer portfolio
• Expert consultative selling to senior stakeholders; comfortable navigating complex, multi-party deals.
• Hands-on CRM experience and strong pipeline hygiene; familiarity with structured sales methods
• Native in Swedish language and excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel for key customer engagements.
Practical information
Start date: Start date is flexible with the desire as soon as possible
Salary model: fixed salary + commission
Employment form: Probationary position for 6 months
Office: Waterfront Building, Klarabergsviadukten 63, Stockholm
