Verisure is seeking an experienced and passionate Community Manager to join our Swedish Communications Team , reporting to the Head of Communications & ESG for Sweden . This is a newly created but pivotal role within the Sweden communications team. This position involves managing and nurturing our online community while promoting Verisure's brand, values, and services on various social media platforms.

Responsibilities of the Sweden Community Manager
Main responsibilities and impact:
Community Engagement
- B uilding and maintain ing relationships with Verisures target groups on social and digital media. The community manager's task is to foster a vibrant, loyal, and engaged community that enhances brand reputation, provides valuable feedback and creates and supports brand ambassadors .
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner representing the Verisure brand .
- Create and structure a local dashboard with the support of Group to ensure that we locally monitor activity and sentiment, and then intervene accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives - ie ensure full coordination to know what we are communicating, where and be ready to engage with the communities externally. Secure that issues management and Q&A documents are available .
- Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven improvements.
Brand Advocacy
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Verisure's values and mission in all interactions.
- Promote Verisure's services and products, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
- Identify and engage with influential community members and brand advocates to amplify our message.
- Understands how strong community management can support a brand during crisis and what is expected from a brand during such time. Can mobilize and instruct colleagues from other areas to receive support when an increased community presence is needed such as crisis and bigger campaigns.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Understand and recommend what channels Verisure should be directly or indirectly present in
- Able to analyze large quantities of information and derive meaningful insights that we as a n organization can use to manage our community and support strategies and campaigns .
- Monitor social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into Verisure's strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement .
- Produce a monthly e-reputation report that present qualitative data and qualitative analysis to give insights on key digital and social media metrics for the brand in Sweden.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications , Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Experience working in an international, multicultural environment and with diverse, remote teams.
- Proven project management skills, successfully leading and coordinating projects involving multiple departments to ensure seamless integration and cooperation in achieving project goals.
