About the position

Location: Stockholm

Flora Food Group is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation, and we're looking for a skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join us on a 3-6-month contract.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager for Nordics, you'll lead key financial planning cycles, drive the weekly sales forecast, and provide sharp commercial insight across category, brand, and customer performance.

Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, this contract includes specific short-term priorities: partnering with business leaders, ensuring a smooth month-end close, tracking weekly sales. It's a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, operate with pace, and add immediate value.

The role is based in our central Stockholm office, with regular collaboration across the UKI and Nordics teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own the weekly sales forecast, partnering with local markets and the leadership team.
  • Analyse macro trends, category performance, and brand dynamics to inform long-range planning.
  • Serve as the financial gatekeeper for NPD business cases, working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Finance.
  • Ensure a timely and accurate month end close, including accruals, cost allocation, and balance sheet integrity.
  • Build monthly forecasts in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Track weekly sales performance and support commercial teams with insight.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

We're looking for a confident, analytical, and proactive finance professional who can operate at pace and make an immediate impact. You should have:
  • Strong experience in a finance role (3+ years).
  • Experience in FP&A, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Proven business partnering experience with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong modelling capability and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders with clarity, pace, and accuracy.
