Commercial Data Specialist (Full-Time)
Om jobbet
TL;DRWe're hiring a Commercial Data Specialist to own Tendium's commercial data foundation end-to-end, from integrations and data pipelines to analytics and insights. You'll make sure CRM, product, and financial data flows cleanly across our tech stack, power decision-making for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and together with our tech team, you will build scalable models using tools like SQL, Python, dbt, and Airflow. If you like working close to the business and turning messy data into trusted insights, this role is for you.
About the Role
We're looking for a technically strong, analytically driven Commercial Data Specialist to own and develop the data foundation of Tendium's commercial organisation. You'll join our Commercial Operations team, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping how Tendium's commercial organisation operates, scales, and collaborates across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
In this role, you'll work hands-on with CRM data, financial data, product usage data, and internal analytics initiatives, with clear ownership of how data flows and integrates across Tendium's commercial tech stack. You'll ensure that data is not only insightful, but also well-orchestrated, reliable, and scalable across systems.
You'll build the analytical and integration layer that supports forecasting, performance tracking, segmentation, and market expansion, helping teams understand what's happening, why it's happening, and what to do next.
The Commercial Operations team sits at the centre of Tendium's revenue organisation, defining ways of working, owning the systems that power commercial execution, and enabling tighter collaboration between revenue teams. Within this context, your focus will be on data, analytics, and technical foundations, making sure our numbers are trusted, comparable, actively used, and seamlessly connected across tools and markets.
If you enjoy working close to the business, collaborating across functions, challenging assumptions, and building data structures and integrations that scale, this role is for you.
