Are you our new colleague and want to be involved in the development process in one of our most important areas within Group Lending?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Work with maintenance and development in Cobol/Mainframe environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to design and architecture of system solutions.
Be a key player for success and delivering the investment areas roadmap. You will work together with our development teams, Scrum Master and the Agile Product Owner to create a collaborative environment in order to maximize the investments in the lending area.

What is needed in this role: Proven track record within relevant programming language such as Mainfram, DB2, Cobol & SQL coding skills.
IMS/DB knowledge
Experience or interest of working in Agile way (SAFe)
Be able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English both writing and speakin
High level of understanding software development or maintenance
Open-minded, Solution-oriented, proactive, and outgoing spirit
Good cooperation skills and a strong team player
Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
Academic degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline
