About the job
This is a exciting role within the Insights Team that will be physically located in Malmö but report into the Head of Cluster Insights in the UK.
In this role you will lead insight & analytics for the regional Cluster (one of 6 across Nomad Foods), through first class local consumer and market understanding. Partner the Cluster Leadership team to provide thought leadership and local understanding to drive performance. Providing a strong link to the Central team and enabling effective landing of key tools/approaches (e.g. Brand Equity, Demand Spaces) into your Cluster.
You will identify and lead analysis to land actionable insights with the business. Proactively seeking growth opportunities, developing analysis briefs for self/team/external agencies to provide insights and recommendations. You will use a range of data sources and analytical approaches to address business questions for local Cluster, including Local Must Win Battles & Growth Platforms.

About the job

You will use a range of data sources and analytical approaches to address business questions for local Cluster, including Local Must Win Battles & Growth Platforms.
You will also:
- Ensure key initiatives led by Central Team are reflective of local needs to enable effective embedding in the your Cluster.
- Lead the strong local adoption of these initiatives, e.g. Market Mix Modelling, Brand Equity, Demand Spaces. Partner with Central teams to lead pilot projects in your Cluster.
- Develop a regular understanding of your Cluster performance to both land in the local business and to elevate into Total Nomad Exec Performance Review.
- Be the expert on the consumer and market for your Cluster, ensuring Cluster teams are making well-informed decisions and influencing Central teams to ensure local needs are well understood.

- 5+ years of experience in an Insights & Analytics role, preferably from an international context
- Familiar with broad range of Insights & Analytics tools/approaches, ideally including continuous data (EPOS, household panel) and ad hoc
- Strong insight and recommendations delivery - connecting different data sources to create and land compelling and actionable outcomes
