Cloud infrastructure Team-lead

We are in search of an exceptional Cloud Infrastructure Team-lead with a profound mastery of AWS cloud Services. This pivotal role is centered around our organization's core platform, where you will be tasked with creating, maintaining & owning the roadmap for Arelion IT's Cloud infrastructure and coordinate Cloud engineers together with internal & external partners. you will actively be working in large scale cloud migration projects and will be responsible for create cloud-native mindset in our organization.

Arelions IT Operations & Infra serves all of Arelions different departments, ranging from Network to HR systems.

• Define the vision of modern cloud infrastructure and build the foundation for the Digital Cloud Transformation project aiming to re-platform existing applications in order to gain maximum value from the cloud environment
• Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices, and artefacts for our environment
• Work closely with Application Owners to analyze their needs and translate them into technical designs
• Propose and verify in PoC innovative solutions to drive further cloud adoption in Arelion
• Plan and execute re-platforming projects to take our infrastructure and application to the next level
• Work closely with systems owners and developers to help them with utilizing the benefits of using Cloud
• Orchestrate the work of Cloud Engineers and external cloud teams
• Collaborate with System Administrators to improve system management processes and tools
• Coach and mentor fellow developers on how to develop high-quality code, innovate using the latest cloud technologies, AWS services and development best practices, contribute to enhancing and improving AWS services
• Create modern support processes using Site Reliability Engineering approach
• Provide guidance to other technical teams building cloud-based solutions
• Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company
• Recommend process and architecture improvements
• Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains
