Scope & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate defined operational and logistical aspects of assigned clinical trial(s).
- Adhere to regular planning and execution of tasks in line with clinical program timelines.
- Monitor trial progress to ensure adherence to training, timelines, and quality standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for specific trial-related tasks, internally and externally.
- Collaborate with multifunctional study teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Support eTMF maintenance, trial documentation, compliance, and reporting in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Travel internationally as required by clinical trial activities.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field.
- Minimum 2 years in relevant roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry.
- Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
- Familiarity with EMA and FDA clinical and regulatory environments.
- Operational knowledge of clinical trial conduct and coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
