Role and responsibilities
The Product Security Officer (PSO) is responsible for the overall cyber security and information security program within R&D for Product & Services, both Product Management & Development and Digital Services.
This role will ensure that our products meet rigorous security standards, uphold customer trust, and future-proof our business amid increasing regulatory and security demands.
The role also includes:
- Develop and drive the overall cybersecurity strategy for product and software development across PMD and DS including incident management.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with relevant regulations and other industry frameworks.
- Establish and enforce secure software development lifecycle practices to embed security from concept to deployment.
- Assurance, Training & Awareness and Follow up
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
- Master's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity or information security, in a leadership role overseeing product or software security in a complex, global organization.
- Expertise in implementing and managing security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, RED, CRA, NIST, GDPR etc).
- Proficiency in cloud security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with operational technology (OT), Edge, IoT and cloud environments
- Certifications such as CSSLP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent are highly desirable.
