We are looking for a tasteful, orderly and curious chef for our kitchen team

The service includes:

• Help to ensure the daily operation.
• Be responsible for the different sections in the kitchen
• You are able to properly prep for service and keep the required production.
• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurants quality standards in terms of flavor, presentation and timing.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
• As a part of the kitchen team you are responsible to maintain a good level of hygiene, health and safety and keep workstations clean and organized throughout service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of French and Nordic cuisine, sauces, cooking methods, classic and modern techniques.
• Ability to work as part of a team with initiative and creativity.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and have a professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests.
• You are able to focus on precision when preparing and plating each dish to meet the customer expectation.
• Able to communicate in English and Swedish
• Work ethic, punctual,reliable and willing to go above and beyond to deliver a great experience
• You are available to work nights and weekends
