Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Change Control Coordinator

What You Will Work On

Coordinate planning and execution of change requests and GAP activities

Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings

Manage documentation, approvals, and sign-offs for change activities

Maintain a clear change roadmap aligned with program objectives

Support internal teams through the change process and ensure smooth adoption

Communicate updates and coordinate across stakeholders and vendors

Ensure structured coordination of change activities to meet program deadlines

Conduct impact analysis of proposed changes and provide recommendations

Assist program management in prioritizing backlog items and change requests

What You Bring

Proven experience in change management coordination or similar project roles in large, complex transformation programs

Strong skills in backlog administration, stakeholder management, communication, and impact analysis

Project management/coordination skills with ability to deliver within time, budget, and quality constraints

Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

Experience from banking or finance; Custody domain experience is an advantage

Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written

Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining clear documentation
