Carpenters (Wood & Metallic Formwork)

We are currently recruiting Carpenters with experience in both wooden and metallic formwork to join active civil and industrial construction projects in Sweden and Europe.

Successful candidates must be ready to start on-site immediately and work within structured teams under AFNORD PMO's supervision.

Main Responsibilities

Perform carpentry and formwork tasks using both timber and metallic systems (e.g. PERI, DOKA, or equivalent)

Assemble and dismantle formwork for concrete structures (walls, slabs, columns, beams, foundations)

Read and interpret construction drawings and follow site instructions

Cut, align, and secure components according to specified dimensions

Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment

Work closely with concrete, rebar, and site teams to meet daily targets

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter / Formwork Specialist on civil or industrial projects

Knowledge of metallic and wooden formwork systems

Ability to read and follow technical drawings

Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork

English language skills required; Swedish or other European language is an advantage

Driving licence (B) preferred

EU work eligibility preferred - Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
