About the role

We are looking for a friendly and service-minded Café Assistant to join our team. You will work in a welcoming café environment where customer service and a positive attitude are essential.

Main responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages

Providing excellent customer service

Cashier work and handling payments

Keeping the café clean, organized, and presentable

Supporting daily operations as needed

Requirements

Good communication skills in English or Swedish

Multilingual candidates are highly valued, as we welcome international guests.

Social, positive, and customer-focused personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and responsible

Merits (not required)

Experience from customer service, reception, café, restaurant, or similar roles

Employment conditions

Employment form: Permanent employment (tillsvidare)

Working hours: Full-time (100%)

Salary: According to agreement, at least at the level of the relevant collective agreement
