Business Systems Owner in Business Development & Innovation

Are you a driven and innovative individual passionate about developing and optimizing business processes? KPMG Sweden is now seeking a Business Systems Owner for our Business Development & Innovation department within Audit & Assurance. In this role, you will have overarching responsibility for managing and developing various applications and systems that support our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Business Systems Owner: You will act as the owner for systems within Audit & Assurance, ensuring that the systems meet the needs and requirements of the business. Further, you will collaborate with system owners within our internal IT department to ensure systems are optimally configured and updated.
• Administration Manager: After the implementation phase, you will be responsible for the administration of tools, including handling support and updates.
• License and Agreement Updates: You will handle updates to licenses and agreements if needed and not managed by the internal IT department.
• Collaboration with IT and System Owners: You will maintain close contact with the internal IT department and other system owners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordination of Champions: You may coordinate Champions as needed to optimize the use of systems.

To be successful in this role, you have

• Experience in managing and developing business systems and applications.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Experience working at an auditing firm is advantageous.
