Do you want to work in a highly motivated and stable team, delivering world class Sub Custody solutions? We are currently looking for a new Business Specialist to the Technology Sub Custody team in Stockholm.
About the role:
You will work with SEB's Nordic Sub Custody offering that enables our clients consisting of non-domestic banks, global custodians and international CSD's with Settlement, Safekeeping and Asset Servicing to invest in Nordic securities. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams and stakeholders with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work. Your everyday work will have an international approach as the members of our Sub Custody Tribe are located in Stockholm and Riga.
As a Business Specialist, your responsibilities will include being part of our support and maintenance team, ensuring that system related issues are managed in a timely manner, and supporting the development teams and the Business, in setting and understanding the requirements as well as driving planned development and maintenance activities.

To thrive in this role we believe that you have:
- Good knowledge about Nordic Sub Custody and SEB's supporting system solution
- Experience from working with requirements and testing in projects/minor enhancements and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, drive, structure and the ability to prioritize between your own work tasks
- Strong commitment to deliver according toagreed time plan and the ability to lead various initiatives to continuously improve our area of responsibility
- Ability to change focus quickly if needed, manage stress and act professionally in case of an incident
- The ability to explain and showcase your idead in a simple and understandable way to both business and IT
- Great cooperation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge about ITIL Processes and agile methods is meritorious but not a requirement
