Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Business Requirements Specialist

What you will work on

Leading the requirement specification work for the Corporate KYC solution

Conducting process mapping and process inventory of current Corporate KYC workflows

Documenting, visualizing, and standardizing KYC-related processes

Translating business processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements

Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, risk, and technology teams

Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in current processes

Collaborating with development teams to clarify requirements and support solution design

Supporting requirement prioritization and requirement management

Ensuring that documented processes and requirements create a future-ready system foundation

What you bring

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management

Experience in Business Process Modelling

Experience with process inventory and process documentation

Ability to translate business needs into structured requirement specifications

Experience working closely with development teams in transformation or system implementation projects

Ability to engage in technical discussions with developers and understand technical considerations

Experience working in complex stakeholder environments

Fluency in English and Swedish
