We invite you to join our team as a Business Excellence Project Analyst. In this role, you will support and lead regulatory projects and operational risk events, assist in audit processes, manage updates to Terms & Conditions, and proactively ensure the Nordic business complies with AEMP10 Third-party Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead regulatory changes, audits, and business initiatives
  • Support digital infrastructure improvements
  • Manage third-party risks per regulations and policies
  • Optimize processes and address control and operational risk issues
  • Update terms and conditions as needed
  • Work in partnership with Business, Technology, Servicing, Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments to enhance operational efficiency and deliver increased value to customers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage.
  • Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage.
  • Project management experience in Finance, Banking, IT, or Business Travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.
  • Skilled in handling large datasets and process flows.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Access desirable.
  • Experienced in operational risk, compliance, or control functions.


Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
