We are looking for a Business Driver Gas Analysis to join us and drive the growth of our Gas Analysis offering in Sweden, helping customers reduce emissions, improve safety, and optimize processes. In Sweden, we work closely with customers in sectors such as energy, pulp & paper, chemicals, metals and mining through our Sales Center. You will be part of a supportive, people-focused team that collaborates across service and marketing to deliver results.

What is the role about?

Do you enjoy building trusted relationships with industrial customers and influencers in gas analysis? Are you driven to turn complex opportunities into sustainable, measurable business? Do you combine technical understanding with commercial clarity and disciplined follow-through? This customer-facing role sits in our Sweden Sales Center and partners closely with Outside Sales Engineers (OSE), service and marketing-preferably based in Stockholm, Sundsvall, or Piteå-to shape strategy and win opportunities with impact.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Build and sustain strong networks across customers, the wider ecosystem, and key influencers in Gas Analysis.
• Develop and implement clear sales strategies, turning insights into actionable plans for the Swedish market.
• Actively follow up on major quotations and business opportunities to drive conversion and healthy pipeline progression.
• Identify and utilize business potential in emission measurement and process analysis to deliver customer value and growth.
• Take budget responsibility for the Gas Analysis offering, monitoring performance against targets and adjusting actions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with service and marketing to ensure a coherent customer experience and continuous improvement.

• Can persuade and motivate others, building alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Have a strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationships, with proven B2B experience in process automation.
• Bring solid knowledge of gas analysis and emission measurement, and can translate technical needs into commercial outcomes.
• Hold a Bachelor or Higher technical degree (Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Process Automation)
