About the role

The Consumer Business Development team is a support function for our Consumer business in the Nordics, driving strategic initiatives and delivering actionable business- and customer insights.

As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility is to lead and support strategic projects and initiatives for Consumer Customers, this can mean for example:

  • Lead or support targeted development initiatives.
  • Lead or support complex integrations (e.g. migration after M&A).
  • Participate in strategy development processes and projects.
  • Lead or support the Consumer Solutions OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process.
  • Co-lead the sustainability domain for Consumer Customers and act as a key counterpart towards Group sustainability (e.g. build Road map towards Zero Scope 3 emissions 2030).

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience from management consulting or a similar business development/project management role, in addition to a relevant academic degree.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross functional projects to results.
  • Strong toolkit across project management, strategy development, business model generation, value propositions and business case work.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to create compelling presentations and facilitate workshops.
  • Fluent skills in English (spoken and written). Other nordic language proficiency will be considered a plus.
  • Good understanding of the Nordic consumer electricity business will be considered an advantage.

You have a high level of drive, a strong business mindset and are committed to delivering strong results. You will join a Nordic team, reporting to Karin Faijerson Rönneklev, Senior Manager of Consumer Business Development. To complement the team and best support the Nordic organization, the position will be based in Sweden, in our Solna or Göteborg office.
