As Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in our Swedish Commercial team. You will collaborate closely with our Commercial Director, K ey Account Managers , C ustomer Marketing and Controlling team in local business planning and strategy and are expected to coach as well as challenge your stakeholders to drive an increased financial understanding in the commercial team. Y ou will be responsible to drive change by partnering with key functions such as Brand Managers and Net Revenue Management resources to implement transformational NRM processes, playbooks and trainings. Y ou will also be an active member of the Nordic Business Development Manager Network as well as the European Net Revenue Management network.
This is an 11‑month temporary position starting in May, based in Gothenburg, with occasional travel to other Nordic countries .
What You Will Do
- Price Management: Lead the Swedish price management process and work jointly with Nordic Business Development colleagues to drive alignment and improvements.
- Net Revenue Management: Lead the local NRM agenda by supporting revenue and profitability optimization.
- Business Review Leadership: Drive local business review meetings, enabling a strong financial and commercial understanding across teams , in deep collaboration with our sales and customer marketing team.
- Commercial Analysis: Deliver data‑driven insights, financial analyses and strategic recommendations to guide commercial planning and performance.
- Nordic Launch Pricing: Act as pricing lead in key Nordic product launches .
- Cross‑Border Collaboration: Support alignment and collaboration with Nordic counterparts to enhance efficiency, synergy and commercial outcomes.
- Business Unit Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact toward other business units for tenders and new business opportunities.
Who You Are

You communicate confidently, initiating dialogue, and influencing others towards the same goals.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in B usiness , E conomics or a similar field.
- Several years of experience from relevant roles, for example in business development, Net Revenue Management, controlling or commercial roles .
- P roficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel ; experience with Nielsen and Power BI is a plus .
- Excellent written and spoken English; Swedish is an advantage.
