This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

In this role, you will drive the global growth and market development of the Press Automation portfolio within the Robotics business. Press Automation solutions enable the automated handling and transfer of sheet metal parts across stamping lines, ensuring efficient and reliable press shop operations. You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen market presence, and support strategic initiatives that enable sustainable and profitable growth.

You will conduct proactive business and market development aligned with the company's strategy, providing expertise to promote solutions of the Global Solution Center Press Automation while enhancing customer and partner excellence. You will also contribute to profitable growth and execution of the company's strategic plan. Working closely with Global Sales, Global Solution Centers, Marketing, and Solution Development, you will translate market insights into impactful business strategies and customer value.

The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-Hybrid
This is a global role; the preferred location is in Europe, Brazil, Turkey or China.

Your responsibilities:

  • Global Growth Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute the global growth strategy for the Press Automation portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and defined business targets.
  • Portfolio Management & Market Intelligence: Forecast market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive active portfolio management in collaboration with Global Solution Centers to support long-term business growth.
  • Sales Enablement & Performance Management: Define and monitor KPIs for existing and new solutions, supporting pipeline development, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives in partnership with Global Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Customer & Partner Ecosystem Development: Build and strengthen strategic alliances with customers and partners to expand market reach and support growth in emerging and new markets.
  • Marketing & Launch Execution: Support the execution of product launches, customer events, and promotional initiatives while contributing to marketing activities that promote Press Automation solutions globally.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in business development, product or solution marketing, international sales, or portfolio management; experience in robotics or the automotive sector is a strong plus.
  • Strong expertise in business strategy and portfolio management, with the ability to identify and drive new opportunities, partnerships, and business models across global markets.
  • Advanced market intelligence capabilities with the ability to translate industry trends into actionable strategies and value propositions.
  • Experience developing marketing and promotional initiatives and managing KPIs related to pipeline growth, sales wins, account penetration, and new solution launches.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a well-organized approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with analytics and CRM tools, willingness to travel frequently, and a strong commitment to ethical principles and integrity.
