Fenix Brands is on an exciting transformation journey, and we are now looking for a Business Development Lead to play a key role in driving operational excellence, business process improvement, and large-scale system transformation. This is a Parental Leave cover for 12+ months with a preferred start as soon as possible.ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and external consultants during our Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP implementation, ensuring that business processes, data, and systems are aligned to support scalable and sustainable growth across Fenix Brands.
You will work closely with Product teams, Value Chain stakeholders, and Data Owners to ensure successful delivery across scope, time, and budget.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will:
- Lead a fast-paced team consisting of external technical consultants and internal cross-departmental business stakeholders throughout the transformation journey and D365 ERP implementation
- Utilize a deep understanding of Fenix Brands' Product Lifecycle business processes, including systems such as Centric8 PLM, ProCam PDM, and Microsoft Dynamics D365, to identify and implement process improvements
- Work in close collaboration with all Fenix Brands Product teams
- Lead the Value Chain team in daily project operations, ensuring delivery according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Identify, map, and implement sustainable end-to-end business processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Manage activities related to Product Master Data, including data migration, scalability of the Fenix data hierarchy, and close collaboration with Data Owners
- Lead and actively participate in workshops and meetings with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach

- Proven experience in successfully leading and driving projects (required)
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
- Experience with agile ways of working is an advantage
- Highly skilled in digital ways of working, combining commercial business thinking with digital product and system development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills & basic understanding of business finance
- Experience with Centric8 PLM, ProCam PDM, and Microsoft Dynamics D365 is an advantage
- Bachelor or Master's degree in relevant field such as supply chain, sourcing, project management, business management, etc. (or bachelor's degree with relevant work experience)
- Fluent in English (Swedish and German are considered a plus)

This 12+ months position is based in our office in Solna. Our office policy allows for one work-from-home day per week; on the remaining days we work from the office. Travel to other Fenix offices in Europe and the US may be required.
