Verisure is looking for a dynamic Junior Business Controller to join our Technology platform in Malmö!

Partner with our world-class R&D and IT team, driving innovation in our industry-leading Innovation Center. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping Verisure's ambitious technology developments.

This is a high-impact opportunity to grow with the business and collaborate with our global Group Finance Technology team across Geneva, Malmö, and Madrid.

About the role

As a key finance partner, you'll drive financial leadersh ip, business insights, and process optimization, shaping Verisure's global technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide financial leadership and data-driven analysis to support R&D and IT strategy.
  

• 
  Act as the trusted finance expert for technology leadership, driving insights and innovation.
  

• 
  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, identifying cost efficiencies.
  

• 
  Oversee month-end reviews, cost controls, and cash flow optimization.
  

• 
  Improve financial reporting ( Opex /Capex, project tracking, FTEs, etc.).
  

• 
  Drive simplification and process standardization across technology teams.
  

• 
  Mentor and coach finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  

• 
  Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across the finance organization.
  

About you:

We're looking for someone who is curious and eager to learn, with a proactive mindset and a structured way of working. You have strong communication and collaboration skills, and you're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Thriving in a fast-paced, international environment comes naturally to you, and you're excited by the opportunity to grow in a dynamic business setting.

Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
• A couple of years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or business analysis
• Experience from an international, fast-paced environment, ideally in Technology
• Knowledge of accounting principles

• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and adaptability to dive deep and solve complex challenges.
• Fluent English (Swedish or other European languages are a plus).
