We are looking for a

Business Controller

to support our Head of Finance and work closely with our wider finance teams. In this role, you will create accurate, high-quality insights that help management steer the business. You will thrive here if you can prioritize effectively, solve challenges independently, and make sound decisions - while support is available, we expect strong ownership and a proactive approach. You bring experience from an independent controller role, where you have supported business operations. The scope covers both commercial and operational areas, giving you a broad view of the business. You will also play an active role in improving and developing our current processes and ways of working.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Act as finance business partner for the commercial organization
• Drive and shape budgeting and forecasting processes within our integrated business planning framework
• Own and develop reporting; act as local super user for the BI tool
• Participation in month end closing
• Ad hoc tasks

Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to have to succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Good command in Excel
• Can-do approach
• Active, eager to learn new things
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Structured way of working
• Fluent in English, Finnish or Swedish can be an advantage
