My name is Cecilia Rudeberg. I am the Direcor Business Control. As a leader, I strive to create a clear, supportive, and coaching environment where we continuously grow and succeed together as a team.

Your role & influence as Business Controller

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for acting as a strategic business partner to managers and senior leadership, with a strong focus on driving performance and insights.

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of financial planning, analysis, and follow-up. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales and Operations to ensure aligned strategies and informed decision-making.

Core activities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectives


  • Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making


  • Monitor and manage P&L, ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for margin improvement


  • Develop and deliver clear financial reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations


  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and support governance requirements

        Additionally, it's important that:
        • You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking and you have business controller experience in a large company
        • You possess strong collaboration and analytical skills, enabling you to deliver accurate financial analysis
        • You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
