Business Controller / Financial Analyst

We are now looking for a Business Controller / Financial Analyst for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in February 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with.

Business Controller / Financial Analyst responsibility is to:

• provide financial guidance and analysis to generate positive financial results;
• employ a continuous improvement mindset in creating improvement solutions within assigned business areas and Business Control.

The position includes:

• Monthly estimating and gap analysis between actual and planned results;
• Ensure accurate and on time reporting in accordance with internal audit and financial policy guidelines;
• Collect data, perform analysis and report key performance indicators, recognize patterns in data, information and events, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendations for action;
• Provide financial expertise on projects and business cases;
• Perform economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience.
• Minimum 02 to 05 years relevant experience.
• May require the proficiency to work independently and with general supervision.
• Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

This role requires fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is preferred.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is February 2026, 12 monthslimited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
