Your role

In this leading position, you will be responsible for the overall development and results of the business area. You will lead and develop the management team, drive operational excellence in mining, processing and logistics, and ensure a strong focus on safety, sustainability and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to the group management team and work closely with colleagues across the company to achieve our strategic goals.

What you bring

Senior leadership experience in large-scale operations (mining or relevant process industry), with accountability for results and budgets.

Deep understanding of underground mining and life-of-mine planning; strong track record in Lean/continuous improvement, safety, and maintenance.

Ability to build teams, simplify complexity, and align stakeholders; proven performance orientation and strategic mindset.

Engineering degree; fluency in Swedish and English.
