About the role
The Group Enterprise Architecture function is a central team positioned between Coor's business operations and IT, reporting directly to executive management. Our mission is to create a coherent, future-oriented enterprise architecture that enables digitalization, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across all divisions and markets.
We are now strengthening the team with a Business Architect who will focus on how our core business processes, systems and integrations come together - with a particular focus on the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You combine strong business understanding with technical insight, and you thrive in the intersection between strategy and execution - where you can demonstrate "this is how it's done." In this role, you will work across functions and countries to ensure that Coor's business capabilities, processes and IT platforms are aligned and support our strategic objectives.
As Business Architect within the EA-function, you will:
Group Enterprise Architecture
The Group Enterprise Architecture functiondesigns and governs Coor's overall structure - covering processes, data, systems, and technology. Our mission is to ensure that business goals, ways of working, and technical solutions are aligned and realized through clear, practical guidance on how things should be done.
We work closely with Business Stakeholders, Group IT, Operational Excellence and Business Transformation teams to ensure that Coor's digital platforms and processes evolve in a unified and scalable way.
Our Candidate
You have an academic degree in Business, Engineering, IT or similar, and several years of experience working in the interface between business development and technology in a large or complex organization.

The position involves many Nordic contacts and requires being fluent in one Nordic language and English.

- Develop and maintain group-wide business process models and capability maps within key domains such as Finance, Service Delivery, HR and Customer Management.
- Contribute to the target architecture for Dynamics 365, integration and data.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of business processes and information flows across divisions.
- Translate business needs and strategic goals into actionable solution guidelines and platform standards.
- Collaborate with divisional operational excellence, solution architects and transformation teams to guide design and implementation.
- Support our EA governance model and methods, providing frameworks and reference solutions that enable the organization to move faster in a structured way.

- Has solid experience as Business Architect, Domain Architect or Process Architect, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Understands core business processes and how these are realized through ERP and CRM platforms.
- Has practical experience from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, CRM, Field Service).
- Understands integration, data modelling and API principles, and how to build connected, data-driven business solutions.
- Works comfortably with both strategic frameworks and hands-on architecture design.
- Has a collaborative and communicative approach, capable of building strong relationships across business and IT.
- Expresses complex issues in a clear and structured way, adapted to different stakeholder levels.
