About the role
We are looking for an analytical,forward thinking and proactive Finance and Business Analyst to join ourteam, with a dedicated focus on Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will playa key part in driving profitability by conducting comprehensive EBIT analysesand evaluating the full financial performance of our most critical accountsacross the globe. You will also identify trends and develop actionable insightsthrough the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to informhigh-impact strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to collaborateclosely with senior stakeholders and directly influence the growth and successof our top-tier clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed EBIT analysis to assess and optimize the full profitability of strategic accounts
- Analyze trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, margin performance, and cost efficiency to identify opportunities and risks
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers and their teams to deliver financial insights and recommendations that support strategic goals
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather, compile, and validate data, ensuring accuracy and relevance for analysis and reporting
- Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations
- Support the preparation of financial inputs for tenders and ensure consistency in formats across submissions
About you
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally with production knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Experience working within finance, with familiarity systems such as SAP and Tableau
- Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Skilled in business analytics, financial analysis, budget management, and business statistics
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to align financial insights with strategic objectives
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across AAK sites
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Available to travel globally, spread over approximately 30-40 days per year
