About the position
Perido is recruiting a Business Analyst on behalf of a large, well-established international company operating within the fashion and retail industry. The company is known for its strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and global operations. You will be part of the Supply Planning Unit, working closely with teams responsible for reverse supply flows such as overstock handling, faulty items, and garment collection. The role is based in a dynamic office environment where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are key values. For this position, it is possible to work either 50% or 100%. Please indicate in your application which workload you are interested in. The position is placed in Stockholm.

Your daily tasks
As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in turning data into strategic and operational insights. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Identifying, validating, and structuring large datasets
• Performing in-depth analysis primarily in Excel and Power BI
• Developing new and improving existing Power BI reports
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Driving analytics initiatives from idea to delivery

Your characteristics
You are a curious and proactive problem-solver who enjoys working independently while also contributing strongly to a team. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking challenging questions, and pushing for smarter solutions. You take ownership of your work, have a structured mindset, and enjoy connecting business needs with data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience within business analysis, data analysis, or similar
• Good understanding of how data supports business and operational decisions
• Experience and working with SQL / Azure, Power BI, and Excel
• Fluent communication skills in English

Meritorious:

• Experience with task automation tools
• Background in stock management or overstock processes
• Experience within sustainability reporting or ESPR
• Knowledge of the sorting industry for used or old textiles

Contract type and hours
Full-time/or part-time, consulting assignment until 2026-02-28. Start 2025-12-08.
