About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis and the ability to act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced data analysis using SQL

Work with large and complex datasets efficiently

Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs

Collaborate closely with business and IT development teams

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of goals

Provide support in User Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), and End-to-End UAT

Develop and validate functional test cases

Understand business processes, preferably in the Credit Risk domain

Must-Have Skills and Experience

8-10 years of total IT experience, including 3-4 years specifically as a business/data analyst

Strong skills in SQL

Familiarity with SAS and/or Python (considered a plus)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in agile teams

Strong communication skills-able to clearly convey technical and business concepts

Good to Have

Background in Credit Risk or Financial Services

Experience in functional testing and result validation
