Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Business & System Analyst

What you will work on

Leading business process mapping activities including As-Is and To-Be analysis

Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities

Gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements

Ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the development and implementation lifecycle

Contributing to solution design and architecture discussions

Analyzing system integrations and data flows across distributed systems

Performing hands-on technical tasks, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting production data issues

Developing reports and performing minor code updates in C#/.NET when required

Collaborating with development teams working with Angular-based applications

Supporting Agile development processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews

Working closely with business, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions

What you bring

Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) including As-Is and To-Be process mapping

Proven experience leading requirement gathering independently

Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications

Structured approach to requirement traceability, validation, and documentation

Experience contributing to solution design and system architecture discussions

Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and distributed system environments

Experience working with both on-premise and cloud-based systems

Ability to assess technical impact of business changes

Understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements
