About the role
To strengthen our ability togrow our business,we seekaDataAnalystwho canapply advanced analytics to our data sets andrapidlypinpointkey insights with potential for high impact onkeybusinessoutcomes.

In this role,you'llbe part of an ambitiousNordic team of eight people,supporting data-driven decision making at Consumer Customer function and collaborating with stakeholdersacross Consumer Solutions.Preferably, the positionwould be basedinStockholm, butalsoEspooisa possibility.Ideal candidates have solid statistics, data transformations, programmingand MachineLearningskills. Experience with visualization tools likePowerBIis a preference, but nota must.No business experiencerequired.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Support us with taking our analytics to the next level-developa structured way of working in hypothesis driven way to rapidly narrow down large questions to few plausible root causes. Support ouranalystcommunitywith upskilling.
  

• 
  Provideactionableinsights- with a high degree of autonomy applyadvanced analyticsapproaches to extract insights fromourvast customer data and help us connect the dotsacross areas.
  

• 
  Identifyimpactful open questions - follow your curiosity andlift open questions, that should be on our agenda, persuade andchallenge with data.Transform complicated business problems to data science workflows.
  

• 
  Drive innovation-explore andsharenew technologies, methodologies, and machine learning techniques to enhanceouranalytics capabilities.
  

About you

• 
  Master's degree or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline with a strong focus on data science, machine learning, and computer programming.
  

• 
  Technical skills:i)Proficient in statistics, optimization, and machine learning techniques; ii)Extensive experience in data preparation and transformation; iii)Fluent in Python (especiallyPySpark) and SQL, and iv)Familiarity with cloud technologies and software engineering practices.
  

• 
  Critical thinking and creativity skills, being able to challenge status quo based on data and insights.
  Abilityto cooperate smoothly with stakeholders across the Nordics isa must, independent of the location.
  

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  

• 
  Experience withPowerBIincluding knowledgeonDAX and M -languages and dimensional modelling techniques is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  

• 
  No business experiencerequired,MSc andPhD graduateswith applicable skills and high motivationare welcometo apply.
