Business Analyst

Role description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support requirement work and solution development in a cross-functional environment. You will work with stakeholders from R&D, IT and commercial functions to gather, analyse and manage requirements, and contribute to solutions that address both new and existing needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with R&D, IT and commercial teams to gather, analyse and document requirements.

Manage and structure requirements throughout the assignment.

Contribute to the creation and modelling of solutions based on identified needs.

Inform and communicate with relevant stakeholders and provide clarification when needed.

Lead assignments and preliminary studies within the domain.

Coordinate acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum three years of relevant higher education.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

Meriting

Experience with RoD processes and product structures.

Experience with AWS development or participation in an on-prem to cloud migration.

General knowledge of software development.
