About the Assignment
You will join a Product Structure & Configuration team within the automotive industry, working with processes, information flows, and digital solutions that enable effective Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The focus is on supporting development and verification of software across all configurations in a broad product portfolio.
In this role, you will drive PLM initiatives within Product Configuration from start to finish, collaborating in cross-functional teams with high expectations on delivery quality and timing.
Job DescriptionDrive PLM initiatives in the Product Configuration area end-to-end, from analysis to implementation and follow-up
Establish and develop business processes and information flows related to product information throughout the lifecycle
Support processes connected to development and verification of software in multiple product configurations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and deliveries
Facilitate workshops and discussions to manage complexity and ensure clear outcomes
Present findings, recommendations, and progress to relevant stakeholders
RequirementsBSc or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar relevant field
Minimum 5 years of background from the automotive industry
Minimum 5 years of experience working with business processes related to the PLM area
Solid written and spoken English
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Ability to manage complexity through excellent facilitation skills
Open-minded mindset with a high level of delivery focus
Nice to haveExperience working with PLM tools
Experience from engineering processes (HW and SW)
