We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of customer-centric, omni-channel digital banking solutions across European markets. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into scalable, actionable requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance (PSD2, AML, GDPR, EAA) and alignment across strategic, functional, and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements for digital transformation initiatives.

Develop high-level business and functional designs (HLDs) to guide scalable solution delivery across products, markets, and channels.

Define and maintain traceability matrices linking business requirements to implementation and testing outcomes.

User Journeys & Process Design

Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys across digital channels to identify pain points, redundancies, and opportunities for harmonization.

Produce business process documentation using BPMN or equivalent standards to support automation and orchestration.

Collaboration & Delivery

Collaborate closely with architecture, design, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to prioritize requirements and manage scope within an Agile/SAFe delivery model.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business units and markets to ensure shared understanding and aligned priorities.

Governance, Compliance & Rollout

Document and manage regulatory and compliance requirements (PSD2, GDPR, AML, EAA) within solution designs.

Contribute to RACI and governance frameworks supporting multi-market rollout, localization, and change control.

Support CI/CD readiness by specifying business-controlled configuration and feature-flag requirements.

Metrics & Performance

Support the definition of KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, performance, and scalability across markets.

Skills & Experience

Digital Banking & Transformation (5-8+ years)

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital banking, fintech, or large-scale transformation programs.

Strong understanding of banking products and digital ecosystems.

Experience aligning requirements with EU regulatory and compliance frameworks (PSD2, GDPR, AML, EAA).

Pan-European Delivery Experience

Track record supporting multi-market rollout initiatives, balancing standardization with local adaptation.

Skilled in managing stakeholders across diverse regulatory, cultural, and operational environments.

Requirements & Process Management

Strong command of business analysis practices:

Requirements elicitation

User stories, use cases, acceptance criteria

Traceability and scope management

Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN, UML) to visualize and optimize workflows.

Experience translating business needs into functional designs and cross-channel user journeys.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable, actionable outcomes.

Experience defining KPIs for adoption, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Structured, analytical approach with strong presentation skills.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Proven ability to bridge business, product, and technology teams.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at senior and executive levels.

Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance testing.

Tools & Technology Familiarity

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools (e.g., Signavio, Camunda, Visio).

Understanding of modern architecture principles (microservices, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud).

Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on requirement clarification, testing, and delivery validation.
