About the job

You will manage the brand and the portfolio to deliver top and bottom-line growth. Working in global/local structure, we see that you are a positive and collaborative team player. You have the ability to influence through a matrix organisation, with your European marketing colleagues to deliver executions that will continue to drive the growth of the local market.

Are you an entrepreneurial Brand Manager who is looking for a significant challenge within a dynamic and fast-growing market, with many different competitors? Then this is the perfect role for you! The role also includes:
  • Brand and portfolio ownership supporting the development and implementation of the overall business strategy and annual plans
  • Pro-actively manage the product portfolio including performance analysis, creation of business cases, product development, trade stories, etc
  • Take P&L responsibility - closely track and follow up on targets and results, monitor sales and maximise the business according to set commercial strategy
  • Manage brand communication campaigns in close collaboration with agencies, Media, and Central teams
  • Develop packaging with impact - develop clear, distinct packaging design through close collaboration with packaging design agency and repro agency
  • Manage A&P budget ensuring optimisation, management, and tracking

To be able to succeed in this role we also see that you have extensive experience of project management and of leading cross functional teams including agency interface. You have a passion for transforming everyday meals into extraordinary dining experiences. We also see that you are/have:
  • Relevant academic degree within marketing or equivalent
  • 3+ years working experience from Marketing / Commercial. Preferrable withinFMCG companies but the most important is that you have the right mindset and attitude
  • Experience managing agency briefs and feedbacks
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong consumer understanding
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen (commercial and in market performance)
  • Marketing activity development, including Communications (ATL, social media, PR)

About the position & application

To manage work/life balance, we meet at the office in Malmö (next to the train station, "Anna Lindhs Plats") 3 days/week, within normal office hours, but will let you manage your time/place as much as possible.

This is a maternity cover position, available from asap to April 2026.
