Responsibilities

Support omics data analysis for internal and client projects, collaborating closely with project teams and wet-lab scientists to interpret results

Participate in customer-facing technical service projects, providing bioinformatics analysis and technical support

Provide customer support for bioinformatics products, including guidance on analysis workflows, troubleshooting, and result interpretation

Receiving, organizing, and managing NGS sequencing data；Running established bioinformatics analysis pipelines

Developing, maintaining, or updating analysis pipelines to improve performance and robustness

Support the IT setup of the site team.

Qualifications

Degree in Bioinformatics, Biology, Computational Biology, Statistics, or a related field

Familiarity with NGS data analysis workflows and common bioinformatics tools

Experience with at least one of the following: R, Python, or Linux

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both internal teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with analysis of single-cell data or similar data structure.

Experience in building, automating, or maintaining bioinformatics pipelines

Prior experience in technical service, customer support, or client-facing roles
