Billing Project Business Process Owner - SwedenVerisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionateBilling Project Business Process Owner (BPO) to join our Billing Solution Implementation Project team, with colleagues in Lisbon, Madrid, France and other locations. The role will be part of the Billing Project Functional Team and is based in Sweden, ideally in Linköping.
In this role, you will have a mix of responsibilities:
• Together with an external consultant, lead the implementation of the Billing solution and processes for our affiliates in Sweden, then in Norway and Finland.
• Verisure Billing Business Process Owner for certain solutions within the Billing architecture, some of which are: Billing core, Catalogue, Customer Manager front, Payment manager, Order Manager, Revenue Recognition.
We are looking for a self-starter who will combine Billing systems knowledge with proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.
- Ideally 10 years of hands-on experience on project impacted organizations, i.e Portfolio - including Retention -, Operations, Sales, and others.
- Experience coordinating Billing project tasks, collection of requirements, facilitate workshops, etc.
- Ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear manner
- University education
- Good communication skills, able to navigate in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in Swedish and English mandatory, other languages is a plus.
